Droid RAZR turns off and back on until it dies HELP

I dropped my phone in my pool, put it in rice and after 3 days it worked perfect again! until it started to turn off then back on until it dies. so i thought if i factory hard reset my phone it would stop but in the middle of it resetting it will shut off. can anyone please help or give me ideas?

Sounds like a goner to me... just because you dried it out and got it working temporarily just means it tooknanlittle longer for the circuits inside to corrode..
