Help with razr not booting up

My Rogers droid rAzr is a year old. It started resetting itself randomly and taking about 20 min to boot up. After a while it just stopped booting up entirely. It will charge and show it's charge as it does when the phone is off but when I turn it on it just sits at the Rogers load screen. I can't turn it off with a hard reset but turning it. Back on gets the same result. Help!
