Bought the web top adapter and gonna get the smart controller as soon as it is available should make a nice addition to my car entertainment stay tuned for the install

I think it's sick as well. But, I have already got 2 problems on it. Which sucks. An SD card reader error where it is stuck on reading "Checking SD card for errors" And the data loss connection error which I can't fix at all. Tried everything. Starting to think I shouldn't have preordered.

Just picked mine up yesterday at Costco I love it as well....came over from thunderbolt,it had it's issues much snappier of a phone,that omap processor fast stuff....would recommend the purchase

Don't know if this has anything to do with your "check sd card error" but check out "Couple of FYIs" thread in this forum by SquireSCA.

I got mine on Saturday! Love it. WAY faster than the Thunderbolt and light as hell. Only concern is the battery; jury is still out...

After trying a reset and still doesn't work take it to a Verizon store. Mine was messed up and the Verizon store Tech did something (Maybe a hard reset we don't know about) and it's been flawless since.
