droid goes to voicemail while doing anything

While doing ANYTHING on my droid phone no one can ring thru to my phone. If im on the internet using a app texting or ANYTHING my phone pnly goes thru to voicemail. Why is this and can i fix it?

CDMA (aka Verizon and Sprint) does not support data and voice simultaneously. GSM (AT&T and T-Mo), does.

Cricket apparently is also CDMA.
