Droid Eris Help

My eris will not boot up it gets to the 3 guys on the skateboards and just freezes up I had tried pulling the battery I tried recovery but that just brought me to a red triangle and did nothing I cleared all my user cache and tried rebooting and still nothing any help would be great .

I have no experience with the Eris, sorry. I will contact some of the others on the Rescue Squad to see if they may be able to assist.
