Droid cant find any storage on my phone ???

I just bought a Droid Bionic for 0.01c on amazon wireless, and i have had this phone for a day. Its running android 2.3.4 and every now and than the phone cant find any storage devices , it cant see its internal storage or the sd card i cant take any pics or do anything. The only way to fix it is to remove the battery of the phone than it finds the internal and sd storage. Whats going on here? Do i need to return this thing?

I had to return one of my phones for the same thing in addition to dropping signal from 4 bars to none while standing in the same spot. Tried new ad cards, checked connections...looked for upgrades but nothing worked for me except for a replacement device.
