Yea, it is backordered. Mine is supposed to ship on Monday though. And I also made sure and contacted the company. If you order over phone it does not affect your unlimited plan and makes not changes to your plan.

1. Just purchased via letstalk.com and my total with 20% coupon and tax (California charges tax on the full retail price of the phone) came out to $225.26.
