Droid 4 vibrate problem!!!

Is anyone else having problems when phone is on silent and text message is received phone does not vibrate!!!! Can anyone help me?

You need to get Silent Toggle Widget. For some reason, Android has (really silent), vibrate, or sound.

I had the same problem when I first got my droid 4 they tried everything and gave me a replacement, they said it was the hardware problem!!!

Going to suggest the obvious here:

In Settings -> Sound -> there is a vibrate option, I have mine set to always
In the messaging app hit the menu key and go to settings. Make sure vibrate is turned on. I think it's turned off by default....
