Droid 3 verizon mobile hotspot wont connect

I signed up for the mobile hotspot last night. I see my connection, I connect to it, but when opening IE or anything that involves the internet, it simply says I'm not connected right away. It doesn't even take time trying to connect.

I have my password set and everything is normal and looks just like my home connection, but it just doesn't give me the internet.

One thing I notice is that the "3g" icon and bars in the top right corner are WHITE, not blue. I don't know if it is supposed to be blue when It's working or not.

ANY help would be appreciated.

Try foxfi from the market its free and you don't have to pay big red for more internet
