I am a new Droid 3 user and I downloaded the user guide on my phone. Now it is in downlads is there any way I can make it an app and keep it on my desktop for quick reference. Thank you

Make it an app? No.

Make a shortcut on your desktop? Yes. Use a file management app to make a shortcut of it. I understand ES FIle Explorer will do this.
