Connect using your USB cable. Then in the notification bar on your Droid select "mount usb".
You'll have access to your folders on the Droid like you do on your PC file explorer. Just drag and drop

Yep, thats the fastest and easiest way... sure beat having to pull the battery and mess with tranferring the Mine SD around.... its very flawless and works everytime as if it was another drive.
Just don't get confused.. when the SD is mounted your computer can see your droid files but your droid cannot and vice versa when its not mounted.
