The race for first is over. Dhacker has released Google Apps for KitKat 4.4. You may as well grab these, because there will be plenty of KitKat 4.4. Roms in the coming days. In case you didn't know. Google apps such as gmail, maps, google+, hangouts are mostly not included in custom built aosp roms due to licensing reasons however you still need to flash them when flashing a custom rom, otherwise you won't have the Play Store app and the rom can be pretty much useless without Gapps.
