Does anybody have the DX to D2 rom converter?

I was looking into running a new ROM besides Liberty, and on the X forum a few of them looked pretty cool, like Rubix and Darkslide. Would anybody mind posting the converter? Also, if you have basic instructions on how to use it, it would be much appreciated. Unless, of course, you'd simply reccomend another D2 rom.
