Ok so My partner and I just bought D2 Globals...and we love them. Only one small problem. My partner's phone notifies her when she has a new text...but when she goes to receive it, it isn't in the text message box. It is in the universal box. but not the text one. So we took it to the Verizon store...they were all perplexed so they rebooted her phone and that apparently fixed the problem...they also got rid of the universal box....but now its doing it again...and she now has no universal box to receive the messages in. So has anyone experienced this problem...and is there any way to fix it?
