Difficult to locate an attachment for an email message...

When I attempt to attach an image to an email using the gmail app, I see all of my 1500 images instead of a directory of the folders where I organized them. Launching the gallery app does, however, show the folders I setup.

It is really a drag to try to browse only the images, all unsorted, not in a folder or directory view. Any way to organize better when inserting an attachment to an email?

Use a file manager app like Astro to navigate to your picture, then longpress on the filename. A popup window will give you the option to send as email.

You can also do it from Gallery, but Astro will navigate the folders you created without having to sort through the pictures in Gallery.
