For the past 3 days, I've been trying to changed the boot animation on my Incredible, Non-Rooted btw, with no success. Ive followed every guide on the internet, and none have helped. I always get an error stating the device is not recognized, and I've gone through the process of using HTC sync to install the necessary drivers on my computer. Is there something I am still missing? What do I need to do?
