Deleting Voice Mail From Phone?

Is there an app or program that will allow me to delete a voice mail that I haven't listened to without actually listening to it?

Sometimes I'll get a voice mail but I know who it's from and what it is but I don't want to waste the time to call and listen and delete.

Maybe there is a program or app that I can use to delete them from the screen of my phone?

You can purchase Visual Voice Mail from Verizon or get an invite from Google Voice and use Google Voice for free and do it that way. Other than that, don't know any other ways.
