I had about 15 messages saved in my visual voice mail on my HTC Thunderbolt, and received a couple more messages today. I was ready to listen to my messages and found my "visual voice mail" icon disappeared suddenly. I went to the "voice mail" app, no messages were in my voice mail. I had to re-enter my password to access voice mail ( although all of my messages are gone) and now I have a regular voice mail icon that magically appeared on my phone. Sorry for the lack of technical terms, but has anyone else experienced this?
