Dead Again!!

Twice in a week my phone has gone dead out of nowhere even with a FULL charge on it. I think it's time to take it in, I've had to take the battery out both times and the phone comes back on. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have seen a few users complain about this, but they said they promptly took it back it, seeing as it was defective.
