Data Downlaoding during call (app?)

So, recently I started noticing that the round symbol with the arrows in it appearing every time a place a call... What doesthe sync activemean? Is it transfering data about my calls? If so, how do I tell what is causing this?

Are you using the gingerbread rom? If so, mine was showing the sync icon and I had to clear data to get rid of it. I know it's a pain, but that was my only solution and should work for you if that's the case.

I dont think so.. Actually I dont know. I dont have a clue what the gingerbread rom is... With the exception of installing som apps, this phone is streight from the factory stock.
