Das BAMF Question

I'm getting a Thunderbolt on June 24th and I really want to flash this ROM. Are there any reports of people's phones bricking on this ROM?

Bricking because of a ROM, no. Bricks due to hardware, yes.

A ROM won't brick your phone. Could it happen? Sure but I have yet to hear of someone having it happen. Some of the bricks you hear about have been due to the GB radio and hardware issues, or at least that's what the debate has come to.

I was rooted last night and just felt uneasy about the whole situations, flashing a radio to get the rom to work so i think im gonna hold off for the OTA and more stability here i really dont want to brick my phone.

Been running 1.63 remix, and a little bit of 1.7 (reverted back to 1.63 for stability reasons) since day 1, > 2 months ago - never had a problem!
