D2 Bootstrap? (going from 588 -> 595)

I'm trying to go from 588 to 595 by going in to recovery and installing the 595 image, but I can't seem to find the D2 bootstrap anywhere.

I tried Koush's site, but the links are down. Anyone have a link to the D2 bootstrap?

Droid 2 bootstrap isn't necessary. You can use Droid X bootstrap with gingerbread as long as you have USB Debugging turned off.
