One of the frustrating things about Asurion upgrading my old D1 to a D2G is my Moto Car Mount would not work with my new equipment...I don't know why it never hit me but an easy solution to this problem is to simply break off the lower right tab of the Car Mount where the phone fits in and open the keyboard a little.It now works fine!Of course the phone can't be closed but it keeps you from having to go buy a new Moto Car Mount.Keep in mind I always keep my phone in landscape mode while in the mount so the charge port is on the lower side.Hope this helps someone...
