Ive tried multiple times it says unable to open connection to server. And the home button does deff not work it clicks but nothing happens

Well, I see you asked in the Droid concepts forum too, hopefully they can help. If not I would try wiping and reinstalling 1 more time and if that doesn't work, try a different rom. I'm on chevyno1's ss5.3, it's gingerbread though. If you want a froyo rom, sourcery rom is pretty good.

Thanks for the help got it up and going i just went back into recovery and reinstalled the google .apps folder and im up and running thanks for all the help what rom do you use?

Google apps, lol, I thought about that earlier but I thought I saw that that was optional, try that.

i dont know what the gingerbread means im froyo or w/e it is i understand that is more simple to use

Gingerbread is android 2.3, very good system, but has memory problems. You have to learn about compcache, v6 memory supercharger, and swapper 2 to run the operating system at it's full potential.
