Android Desktop is basically what I found, but it seems pretty new.
What you can do is log onto your phone through your PC. Neat little app, since you can customize your phone through a web browser and use SMS text messaging. But there are a few updates that are needed out there yet for it. Contacts don't show up, I don't like the way it organizes the text messages, etc.
Looks like an easy way to also move files though if you need to copy files from one folder to another.
Just wondering if there is another app out there similar to it that's more up to date.
You connect to an IP destination. Through WiFi or 3G Giving you a ip address and you setup the password through the app and use the password on the browser.
If there isn't any other apps out there similar or better, I hope they improve it. Seems pretty cool
