Create Private Meeting on Exchange

Currently I'm using Android v4.0.4 and when creating a meeting on my work calendar, which is hosted on Exchange, I do not see an option set the meeting as private. In detail view a meeting on the Galaxy S3 there is a box that shows Privacy as either default or private, but I do not see where I can set this on the device.

Is it possible to do this or is there something that I need to enable first?
