Could I get a step by step for ICS flashing?

Hey guys, not new to rooting and romming but I would like some input from people who have flashed Scott's Senseless ICS 2.0. I'm not used to flashing kernels and such. Also is there really any difference between using cwm and amon ra? Thanks for bearing with me.

I used cwm tons on my og droid and it never let me down. That said, most seem to be saying that, concerning the rezound and cwm, there may be a few bugs to squash. I have done everything with majors on my rezound and it has worked great (running a very nice ICS rom). I'm not enough of an expert to give you step by step instructions, but I would refer you to the forums at xda developers. There is a ton of information there and its a great place to learn a lot of technical info.

I appreciate the input. Xda has blocked registration from verizon who is my ISP so ill probably have to borrow someones phone or go to w neighbors house to register :b.
