Contacts Issue

I am using using rubiX focused 1.9.7 and I am having an issue with my Contacts. I am unable to link my Facebook contacts with existing contacts, and I am unable to edit Facebook contacts to add things like phone numbers and other information. The message I get while on my phone says: "Face book contact information is not editable on this device." Is this a normal function or is there something wrong. Would an upgrade from 1.9.7 to 2.0.1 resolve the issue?

When viewing a contact, hit menu>edit >menu> join contact.

No problem.

I would add that while it is true that you can't edit fb contact info on your phone, you can always create another contact and then join them.

Yeah, once you told me about that I figured out how I would add new contacts.

I exported all my contacts to my sd card and imported them once rubix was installed.
