We get told that all support will be done on the "All Ultimate Droid Support Will Be Handled Here" and that the leash is short, etc...then the thread gets closed..

So are we "allowed" to ask trouble shooting questions in the UD thread now?

yes you are whats the problem that thread was started before he had his own section that is probably why its closed now
