computer wont recognize phone

New hardware wizard pops up but wont recognize the phone. Says its lacking the software. Assuming its motorolla software i dont have. Anyone have a link to the software I need to install on my computer to help the new hardware wizard recognize my device?

After you connect it to the computer you will get a USB notification on the phone. Pull down the notification bar and choose the USB connection. If all you want is access to your SD card choose the USB Mass Storage options.

You can try the other options to see what types of syncing or other software will work. I don't have Windows, so I'm not sure.

Be sure to eject the USB drive properly on the computer before disconnecting the phone.
