Computer cannot find my Moto Droid.

Last night i installed a new verision of droid explorer on to my 64 bit win 7 laptop. my phone was mounted and i was able to see all the files on my sdcard. After the restart my phone could not be found. i installed the latest driver on my computer from the motodev website. i am able to connect my phone to my 32 bit computers and im able to connect my dads droid incredible to mine. is there something wrong with my android adb interface? please help.

Now i uninstalled the driver and reconnect the device to reinstall the driver and still no results.

i just figured it out! Turn off usb debugging and the win 7 pc will find it.

I had the same problem. I am running Win7 x64 and my computer could not find my Droid. I tried everything I could think of and still no results. I finally came to the conclusion that it was a Win7 problem and I ran the repair utility on the Win7 disc which repaired Windows7 without overwriting the data. That fixed it. I, too, first noticed the problem after installing Droid Explorer.
