Compass wrong in every app but Google

I think this is in the right spot, if not please move it and yell at me.

I am rooted and running liberty 1.5 I don't know if it was doing this before rooting a few months back, as I have only recently started using a few more apps. The problem is that every app, except for those by google (maps, navigation, sky map) shows North as West.

Any suggestions?

Is your GPS enabled?

With or Without GPS it does the same thing, except I installed a couple more apps last night and now Compass, Tiny Compass and Super Compass all point West instead of North, yet sun board is now right.
