Code corrupt

I have a droid 2 that i updated to to gingerbread and misclicked when installing a rom, and royalling screwed my phone, i tried to sbf using http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-2-hacks/161849-tool-ezsbf.html (windows 7 64 bit) from a usb but after i finishe dit says code corrupt, battery low cannot program, HELP PLEASE

Your batter is too low to flash... you can go buy another battery and do it that way!

Not 100% sure on that so I can't say for sure but the phone can't be charged while in bootloader.
