Clock widgets

After having my phone for a few weeks the clock widget doesn't show the correct time. I can lock my phone it show the right time and then unlock immediately and its an hour behind then it updates to the right time. I just did a master reset and still does it. It didn't do that for the first two weeks or so then it started acting up. Also wish the volume was louder. I never hear the notifications and barely hear phone calls. The volume is up all the way. Any ideas?
