Sent from my ADR6350 using DroidForums, I am still under the 1 year manufacture warranty, so they sent me a new one. Go to your store, or call your phone company, they should be able to.help you.
Does everyone get that 1 year warranty? My g/f has a incredible 2 and her port isn't charging too well. She will plug it in to charge... and 5 minutes later, it will somehow not be charging. She will unplug and plug back in.. It will start charging, but then come off charge. I think it is a defect in the USB port.
I switched over to Verizon less than a year ago. I started off with a Droid X, had issues with it in the first 30 days and got a brand new replacement Droid X. After 4 good months, it stopped charging. Verizon was out of replacement Droid X's so they gave me my first Incredible 2. Since then I have had 2 more Incredible 2's and all of them have had a loose Charging Port. Verizon says they will continue to honor the warranty and keep sending me "Certified Like New" phones. I will be receiving my 4th Incredible 2 tomorrow. I have a feeling the charging port will be loose again. I don't know if it's HTC's poor design or Verizon's Poor Quality Control for their "Certified Like New" Program.
