Charging Concerns

When I charge my Razr the charger block that came with the phone gets fairly warm but my phone itself is an average temp.... should I be Co Verne's or is this normal

I wouldn't worry about it, unless it gets HOT, or starts smelling like burnt plastic. The switching powersupply in those gets warm as a byproduct of converting AC to DC.
