Razr does not play well with others

Noticed my Razr does not like my Nexus wall charger or after market chargers it will charge but from stone dead to full charge approximately 5 hours... Its own charger 1-2 hours... anyone else notice this???

I recommend you should stay away from non-approved chargers (even if manufactured by and for other brands of phones), unless you don't want warranty coverage if something were to fail on the phone. Stick with Motorola or Verizon branded approved chargers or standard computer USB ports.

Voltages can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and some are better at cleaning up the power conversion from AC wall source to DC for the charging circuitry. Over-voltage charging and powering or doing so with "dirty power" can lead to irreparable damage to.the phone, the battery or both. Computer power supplies are much better at providing clean and accurate power than many of the wall-wart adapters out there but of course will not charge as quickly.
