charging battery

I just received my new battery but it still will not charge past between 50-60% after a full nights charge. I even turned my phone completely off. Has anybody else had this problem? Please help.

never had this happen. where did you buy battery

I'm going to move this to the HTC Thunderbolt battery board, maybe it will help more.
