Change Tracks with Volume Rocker while screen off

I got my Bionic yesterday and loved it so far. I really miss being able to change tracks while listening to music by hitting the volume up or down. I usually have my phone in a case on my belt and like being able to press Up to go to next song. Coming from UD Rom on D1.

Anyway to remap a long press on volume rocker to UP long press = Next song Down long press = Last song and pressing both buttons = pause
