How to I disable off screen music controls?

Hi guys,
I've been trying to figure out how to disable off screen music controls (for example, long pressing the volume rocker changes the track).

I only want the volume rocker to change the volume, not change the track. I press it all the time by accident and it is really frustrating when the track changes while im only trying to adjust the volume. Does anyone know how to turn this setting off?

I didn't even know lithmod had off screen controls. But I would've thot one of the devs would know how. Seems it would be separate from system, maybe part of the music app. Stands to reason you only need controls when running a music app. Maybe trying another app it didn't run on?

uhmm, i really liked these controls especially when im in the gym working out. why dont you just press the volume button quickly so you can turn the volume up or down
