car mount loose

I got the car mount for my x and i noticed that is very loose it doesn't snap on tight. I'm talking about the back side where the 2 mounting holes are. Anyone having the same problem?

My biggest problem with car mount is it always cover up my power outlet , which makes it impossible to charge your phone

Mine is too.
Ive thought about putting a small screw in to keep it in place.
