Coming from a Droid 4 I was able to do this. I downloaded a ringtone from Zedge. Ill go into files using Astro or whatever and be able to txt small files. I can't do that now. Not even if I open up a txt and try to attach it. It won't let me choose where I want to pick a file from.
Any ideas ?
