Can't Get Root Back after 5.5.893 Upgrade - Please Help!!!

I need my root back, and fast. Please help. I have tried everything that I could find (one click root method, R3L3AS3DRoot, 43V3RRoot, etc.) but nothing works!!!! Had permanent root, but still lost root.

Any ideas? PLEASE HELP!

P.S. - upgrade from stock done via P3Droid's .zip file
