Cant get handcent sms back

So i was having some problems with my droid and deleted handcent sms from the sd after uninstalling it yet when I go to the market to try to get it back it says it is installed but I can't open it or uninstall it. WTF? how do I get handcent back on here?

Yes, not sure if a battery pull is necessary..
