Can't flash SPRecovery?

Well I had to unroot my phone to get something fixed so this is my third time rooting it, and I'm currently on ESE81 2.1, and for some reason, when I'm in RSD Lite, I can't flash the SPRecovery_ESE81.sbf file. Help? I am in bootloader mode and everything.

i also cant flash sprecovery_ese81 through RSD Lite V.4.5.3 with my original moto droid rooted or unrooted i dont know what im doing wrong but i dont want to do anything without creating a nandroid backup witch as far as i can tell i cant do without this.... im kinda new at this any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
