SPRecovery - Droid 2.2 - RSD Lite (0x7100) error

So i'm trying to put SPRecovery on my Droid 2.2 so I can do a Nandroid Back up. I have "RSD Lite v4.6 Multi-Flash/Multi-Flex Tool", the droid drivers (link below), and the .sbf file.

USB and PC Charging Drivers - Motorola, Inc. USA


I select the SPRecovery file ("SPRecovery_ESE81.sbf") and then hit start. The error I get is "Failed flashing process. Failed flashing process. (0x7100); phone connected".

I've looked all over the web and can't find a solution.

if your rooted already you can get rom manager from the market and select flash alternate recovery and it will be sprecovery
