Can't find setting for Auto screen rotation

My phone will not move to horizontal or Landscape mode, I can't seem to find the setting to allow this or stop blocking it?

could be called portrait. the button should be with all the other notifications buttons. if you have it, click on it and see if it changes.

Slide down the notification bar and it is right next to the Bluetooth icon to the right as you are looking at the phone. It is not hidden anywhere.
