Cant answer the call

Hello,
I have been experiencing a problem for a while now and finally decided to offer it up here to see if maybe someone can advise.
I have a rooted Droidx with the leaked 2.2, updated to 2.3.15.
Now this issue was happening when I was on the leak 2.2 so I don't think its the 2.3.15...

Anyway the problem is that when I get a call the caller id,accept, decline screen doesn't show up until the 2nd ring sometimes the 3-4th which is then to late to answer the call.

Wonder if I should ask this in the Droid General forum???
Not sure if this is a Droidx issue or Droid in general?
Has anyone else experienced this or can direct as to what it could be?

I'm having a similar issue on my DS (Version 2.2, non rooted). The call will come in the answer or ignore will come up, but often it will freeze and pressing the answer key will do nothing. (about 50% of the time I cannot answer at all, the other 50% I have to press it repeatedly).

Anyone else experiencing this?
