Cannot Send MMS Messages

I have had my Android Bionic for about 2 days and I was able to recieve picture messages. Now it will not let me download them or send them. I have enabled my data settings, tried sending with wifi off and on. I am seriously regreting the decision to buy this phone which sucks because this is an overall awesome phone. Can someone please help??

Are you using standard mms or another program? I use handcent and had to uninstall it and re install the app and that fixed the problem.
