MMS messaging not working

When I try to send/recieve an MMS text message it will say this:
"No data connection, MMS messages cannot be sent or received until the data connection is restored. Please check your MMS APN configuration in mobile network settings."
What do I do? I already looked in network settings and nothing in there helped me, my 3g connection is working and so is home WiFi.
